MPH mono block drawing machines can be equipped with different power units according to the line requirements

   Number of Steps - 1 or 2, with reductions of 15 to 30% by material

The wire drawing monoblock MPH have been specially developed for drawing of medium or thick wires that require a  drawing with significant reductions.

They are suitable for both steel wire drawing of low, medium and high carbon and copper wire, brass and non-ferrous metals in general.

Simple operation by unskilled personnel.

Low noise.

Die carriage adjustable in both height and orientation and ready to operate with die of different mounts.

Lubrication of the dusty dies. Optionally -  liquid lubrication by ecirculation pump and separate tank.

Optionally, equipped with specific coil for collecting the material on tilting rotary baskets (CRB series) or rotary double rotating baskets (DDM series).
