The straightening and cutting lines EC, allow to obtain bars straightened and cut to a short bar lengths to several meters directly from rolls of wire. These lines of low production cost and ease of handling as only one operator for handling is required.
The EC straighteners are composed of two fundamental units. The first unit, straightening and traction, is composed of two or three pull turrets with two or four rollers each (variable composition depending on customer needs) with mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic drive and a straightening body .
K-Points
Hydraulic shears cut through high impact or by flying saw with abrasive discs.
Pre-selection the desired number of pieces in each production series.
Preselection the cut length.
May be coupled at stationary or rotating winders (horizontal or vertical) depending the diameter of the wire.
Optionally with mechanical descaler at the entrance
