The Drawing Monoblock MST (double accumulation without tension) and MTRB (straight pulling with control via the Dancer configuration) was specially designed to draw the steel wire with a high carbon level.
The operation of the both models are similar. The first model is remarkable for its high drawing speed, low vibration and noise level. To that we have to add easy maintenance thanks to the intuitive software incorporated in the system that minimizes the data to enter by the control panel.
Each monoblock is driven independently by means of an AC engine and frequency converter.
