HYDRAULIC PRESSES
Hydraulic presses have gained a wide field of application in forming technology.
This is mainly due to the multiple adjustment facilities afforded by the electro-hydraulic control system. The latter ensures an optimum adaptation to the forming process, to the forming ability of the material, and to the product configuration itsef.

- Full press force is available over the whole stroke
- Easily accessible controls simplify operation
- Stroke and force of the drawing ram and cushion are independently adjustable
- Special requirements regarding daylight, stroke, size of tables and speeds can be satisfied.
The frame of the press is extremely stiff and the very small expansion under full load helps to produce a high quality pressing. The guides are of extra length and can be adjusted precisely so that the ram is supported accurately even under excentric loading.
The pressure piston rod is surface hardened chrom-plated, and is fitted with special seals. The hydraulic equipment is mounted on the top of press.
Various pump combination are available upon requirements, for example main pump can be an axial multi-piston pump with automatic power regulator form fully utilization of motor power. Safety valves are built into oil circuits hydraulic system in modern block construction ensures a convenient location and easy service of the valves, reducing the risk of leakages.
