FLYING SAW SVC-350
Flying saw SVC-350 has been specially designed to work in line with straightening and cutting facilities in which an alternative system that offers a high quality distortion-free cutting is required. This is the tool with the wide range of diameters and materials. Moreover, the handling is very easy for the operator since ithe amount of the data to be entered by the control panel was minimized.

Construction
The flying saw SVC-350 is comprised of a tubular welded frame on which is disposed a hight resistance machined plate which forms the basis for the prismatic guides of the saw trolley.
Actuation of this trolley is effected by a saw AC servomotor "brushless" which transmits the motion through a rack and pinion. The synchronization between the independent motor and main engine of the straightening installation is guaranteed by electrical axis.
Once the cut is completed, the saw trolley rapidly returns to its original position, this action is controlled electronically.
The disk saw equipped with a three-phase AC motor, is located on a plate driven by a second independent motor. Thus a feed rate control is very precise achieved disc.
The set saw rests on the saw trolley. This trolley has a double hydraulic clamp operated by two hydraulic cylinders that pinch the wire while bucking of the material is made.
Optionally, the control software may include a module for calculating the progressive wear of the cutting disk. In this case, the cutting speed of the disk can be kept constant from start to finish and automatically adjusted by an frequency inverter.
The hydraulic power unit is situated in the central part of the bench, using flexible piping between it and the various hydraulic elements. Together with the hydraulic power unit can we may install an adequate suction unit for hight industrial requirements.
There is a self-controlled and flow controlled regulation of suction and a drawer for dust collection in each cut.
